How does the free plan work?
The Basic plan is completely free — no credit card required. You get access to the basic profit dashboard and a single file analysis. It's a great way to see SellMize in action before upgrading.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll only be charged the prorated difference.
What file formats do you support?
SellMize works with standard CSV files exported from Amazon Seller Central — including Unified Transaction Reports, Payment Reports, and FBA Inventory Health Reports.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases, and automatically cleaned up after 72 hours. We never share your data with third parties.
Do you support Amazon markets outside India?
SellMize is currently optimized for Amazon India (amazon.in). We plan to add support for other marketplaces in the future. Sign up for updates on our contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support subscription activation through the platform. Payment gateway integration (Razorpay/Stripe) is coming soon for automated billing.
