Uploaded Files — CSV files you upload for analysis (orders, payments, returns, inventory).
Contact Messages — Name, email, subject, and message content when you contact us.
Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, and session information.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve our analytics and AI services.
To process your uploaded files and generate profit analysis reports.
To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
To send important service-related notifications.

3. Data Security

We take data security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases, and we use session-based authentication with secure cookies (HTTPOnly, SameSite). Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 72 hours.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties. Your uploaded Amazon data is processed solely for the purpose of providing analytics within our platform.

We use the following third-party services to power our platform:

Groq — For AI language model processing (Mize AI chat).
Tavily — For live web search capabilities in Mize AI.
Heroku — For application hosting and database services.
