SellMize AI provides profit analytics and inventory intelligence for Amazon India sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the services we rely on to operate the platform, and the choices you have about your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to run SellMize AI and provide the features you use.
- Account information — Your name, email address, and password when you create an account or update your profile.
- Uploaded files — CSV or spreadsheet files you upload for analytics, such as orders, payments, returns, and inventory data.
- Contact messages — Your name, email address, subject, and message content when you contact us through email or our contact form.
- Billing identifiers — Subscription, customer, order, or payment reference information from Razorpay. SellMize AI does not store your full card details because card payments are handled by Razorpay.
- Integration data — Telegram chat IDs and chat names when you choose to connect Telegram alerts.
- Usage and analytics data — Information about pages visited, session activity, feature usage, events, device or browser signals, and analytics data collected through tools such as Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to operate, secure, and improve SellMize AI.
We process personal information based on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, our contractual need to provide the platform you use, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Service functionality — To create and manage your account, authenticate sessions, provide dashboards, and deliver inventory and profit insights.
- File processing for analytics — To process uploaded CSV or spreadsheet files and generate reports, analysis outputs, strategist insights, and related analytics.
- Subscription and billing — To manage paid plans, verify subscription status, process billing workflows, and maintain account access based on plan limits.
- Support communication — To respond to questions, contact requests, and service-related issues.
- Connected product features — To power optional integrations and features such as Telegram alerts and Mize AI chat and search.
- Product improvement — To understand how the service is used, fix issues, improve reliability, and make the product more useful over time.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working and to understand how it is used.
- Session cookies — These help keep you signed in, maintain account sessions, and support core security and product functionality.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to help us understand traffic, usage patterns, and feature engagement.
4. Data Storage and Infrastructure
SellMize AI is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure and uses enterprise-grade databases to store account and application data. Data sent between your browser and our service is transmitted over HTTPS. Depending on the feature, temporary processing files may be created during analysis and then removed automatically as part of our cleanup process.
Data may also be processed or stored in infrastructure operated by our service providers as part of providing the service.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run SellMize AI and only as needed for those services.
When you use AI-powered features, portions of your request may be processed by AI or search providers to generate responses or retrieve relevant results.
- Google Analytics — Helps us measure website and product usage so we can understand traffic and improve the service.
- Razorpay — Handles subscription billing and payment processing. Razorpay manages payment details, and we only receive billing-related identifiers and status information needed to manage subscriptions.
- Large Language Models (LLM) — Supports AI processing for Mize AI features when you submit prompts or requests that require model responses.
- Information Retrieval Services — Supports web search functionality used by Mize AI when search results are needed to answer a request.
- Telegram — Delivers user-enabled alerts to connected Telegram chats.
- Cloud Infrastructure — Provides the hosting infrastructure used to operate the application and its connected services.
6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain your account, and meet operational or legal requirements.
- Uploaded files — Uploaded CSV or spreadsheet files are processed temporarily to generate analytics outputs and are not stored permanently. Temporary processing files are automatically cleaned up by the system. Our current cleanup process targets removal of older temporary files after about 72 hours.
- Account and product data — Account records, saved analyses, inventory snapshots, and related Mize AI chat history may remain while your account is active.
- User-controlled retention — Users may optionally configure automatic deletion of analytics data after a defined retention period through account settings.
- Account deletion — If you request account deletion, associated account data may be deleted as part of that process, subject to any legal or operational requirements that still apply.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure session cookies, and access controls for administrative and application systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk, continuously improve security, and protect the information entrusted to us.
8. User Rights and Choices
- You can update your profile information from your account settings.
- You can change your password from your account settings.
- You can cancel your subscription from your account settings.
- You can request account deletion from your account settings.
9. Children's Privacy
SellMize AI is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that personal information from a child under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
