SellMize AI is an AI-powered analytics platform for Amazon India sellers. The Service includes profit analysis, inventory management, AI-assisted market research, and revenue forecasting tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

SellMize AI offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We process your data solely to provide the analytics services described herein.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform's security.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

SellMize AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the analytics provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
